Throughout our lives, we tend to leave the important details about our mental health behind, as we focus on more obvious aspects of our day to day activities.

Through this blog, we want to emphasize on the importance of well being, which is constituted by mental and physical health. Also, we know that human health depends on external factors which we face in our daily interactions, but also of internal factors which relate to how we process our emotions and acknowledge our conflicts.
