Physical activity and health.

As it was mentioned before, in this section of the blog mental health is the most important element to live a healthy and balanced life, therefore you should be wondering how physical benefits influence our mental health? 

There are multiple factors that influence the way in which our minds work, certain "problems" or situations can lead to an unhealthy pattern that can end up having a transcendental effect on how our brain develops. For example, when we find ourselves thinking about the future obsessively till the point of not resting, anxiety becomes a reality that causes other health and hygiene problems.  

 
 

When mental illnesses collide with physical activity, they might start affecting our physical health as well. However, maintaining a good activity routine can reduce the effects that mental concerns hacvve on the rest of our bodies, as physical activity can carry blood to the brain, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve the mood and self-esteem.
